One of the most basic ways of getting rid of unwanted cellulite is dry brushing. Many people have declared the effectiveness of dry brushing on cellulite, although there is no scientific evidence to back this popular opinion.

Dry brushing enhances circulation of blood in the body. It also improves the lymphatic drainage, removing the toxins from the body.

Also, when circulation of blood improves, the skin appears smoother and plumper, reducing the appearance of cellulite.


  • Before you start, you need to make sure your sin as well as your brush is dry.
  • Start by gently brushing from your feet to your shoulders. You should pay more attention to the areas that have more cellulite. Now, go left t right with the brush. Make sure the brush movement is concentrated around the heart area to improve blood circulation.
  • You should not brush for more than 5 minutes.

  • In a cup, ground a quarter a cup of coffee beans. Add to this, three teaspoons of sugar. Also add to the mix four teaspoons of melted coconut oil. Make a paste.
  • Apply this paste on the affected areas and massage for 10 to 15 minutes. Use firm pressure while rubbing the paste on.
  • Now rinse the paste off with lukewarm water. You should do this about three times a week until you see visible changes.

4. Juniper Oil

  • To a quarter of a cup of olive oil, mix about 10 to 15 cups of juniper oil.
  • Now mix well, and massage the mix on the affected areas.
  • You should massage for 10 to 15 minutes.
