  • In a clean bowl, mash 1 ripe banana using the back of a fork, so that there are no lumps or chunks. To this, add 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and mix well to form a thick paste. Smear this paste all over the areas where you have unwanted hair, massaging it into your skin using your fingertips in circular motions. Do this for about 10 minutes, post which, you can leave it on for 20 minutes more. Then, wash it off with plain water. Repeat this remedy thrice a week to get rid of unwanted hair.

Basil and onions are both quite effective in helping remove unwanted hair from your body. Combined together, this mask will leave your skin radiant and healthy.

Remedy

  • Take about 12 fresh basil leaves and crush them with membranes removed from onion layers to form a paste. Smear this paste all over the areas with unwanted hair, letting it stay for 20 minutes, before washing it off with plain water. Repeat thrice a week for at least a month to see noticeable improvement.

3. Camphor and white pepper

  • In a clean bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10 tablespoons of water. Dissolve the sugar completely and then add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and stir well. Apply this sugar and lemon juice mix on your face in the direction of the hair growth. Let it sit for about 20 minutes, before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. 8. Lentils and potato

  • Soak about 4 tablespoons of yellow lentils in water overnight. The next morning, clear out the water and grind the lentils into a smooth paste. Peel the skin off the potato and mash it to a fine paste, from which you need to extract the juice. To this juice, mix in the yellow lentil paste, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey and stir well. The active compound found in papaya, called papain, helps restrict the growth of hair by breaking down the hair follicles. Not only does raw papaya help remove unwanted hair, it also helps exfoliate your skin by removing dead skin cells and other impurities from it.

Remedy

  • Take a big chunk of raw papaya and grind it into a smooth paste in the blender. Take about 2 tablespoons of this paste and add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to it, and mix well. Spread this paste all over the areas of your body with unwanted hair. Massage it into your skin by using your fingertips in circular motions.   • Mash a big piece of raw papaya into a smooth paste. To this, add 3 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel, 2 teaspoons each of turmeric powder and gram flour, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, and a couple of drops of any essential oil. Mix all of the ingredients well to form a smooth paste. Apply this on all the areas of hair growth, in the direction opposite to hair growth. Leave it on for 20 minutes, before scrubbing it off using lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy 3-4 times a week for about 3 months to remove unwanted hair effectively.
