Remedies: (1) Take equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and water and mix well. Use this solution as a final rinse after shampooing your hair. Not only does this remedy frizzy hair, it will add shine to your hair too. Use it every two to four weeks.

(2) Take a half a cup of apple cider vinegar and dilute it with water of equal amount. Now apply this solution onto your scalp with a cotton ball, so that the whole of your scalp is done. Gently comb your hair so that there’s even distribution of the solution. Leave this on for about 10 to 15 minutes, before rinsing it with plain, lukewarm water. Use this once a week.

2. Almond oil and egg

Remedy: Take a quarter cup of almond oil and beat it with one egg, till you get a smooth paste. Now apply this on your scalp and hair; leave it on for about 40 minutes, before washing it off with lukewarm water. Use this remedy once a week for best results.

Pro tip: Don’t use scalding hot water because that will make the egg to congeal and stick to your hair in clumps.

Remedy: Take 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and heat it in a pan till it’s warm. But be careful not to burn it. Apply this on your hair and scalp and cover it up with a shower cap. Remedies: (1) Mash a ripe avocado into a smooth paste. Now add a little olive oil and mix it well. Next, shampoo your hair and then apply this paste through your damp hair. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour, before washing it off with cold water. Use a conditioner to get rid of the avocado scent from your hair.

Remedy: Take 1 part vitamin E oil, to which mix 4 parts unscented coconut oil. Warm this mixed oil in a double boiler, and apply it all over your scalp and hair with a cotton ball. Leave it on for about 40 minutes, before shampooing it as usual.
