Meet Michiel Huisman. Of course, you might remember seeing him in quite a few popular TV shows, but look at him regardless. To the uninitiated, Huisman plays Daario Naharis, Khaleesi and mother of dragons Daenerys Targaryen’s love interest in HBO’s behemoth, Game of Thrones. Not only do most people not remember that Huisman wasn’t the original Daario, but thank the showmakers for giving us this hunk. Along with his acting chops, the Dutch actor also shows off his enviable physique on the show.

Apart from the hugely popular HBO show, Game of Thrones, Huisman is also a regular on country music TV show Nashville and BBC America’s Orphan Black. He has even starred in Reese Witherspoon’s Wild. And now, the hunky actor is riding the waves of success of his latest offering, Age of Adaline, in which he plays former Gossip Girl Blake Lively’s love interest.

Speaking about the opportunity, Huisman told People,
“I was like, ‘Are you kidding me with Baz and Gisele? For a brand so classy?’ I was so honored to be a part of it.”

But alas, if you’ve built hopes of catching this hunky actor’s eye, forget it. He’s married, and happily too, if the pictures are anything to go by. Huisman is married to Tara Elders, a Dutch actress, with whom he has an adorable daughter.

However, even if he’s married, there’s no harm in checking him out, is there? Looking at Michiel Huisman’s pictures, I can definitely conclude that men with beards are extremely hot and come across as rugged and very rakish!
